1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the glboss website accessible at glboss.cam and all associated gaming, wagering, and account management services.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the glboss Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their glboss Account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin equivalents, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body under whose licence glboss operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by glboss and applicable law.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of the glboss Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Gross Gaming Revenue" or "GGR" means total wagers placed minus total winnings paid out to Players, before any deductions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the glboss Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions as a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the glboss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and glboss. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional material.

glboss reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the glboss Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing casino-style gaming;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of glboss or any of its affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or payment processing partners, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by glboss or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on glboss, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and belongs to you personally.

Each individual may hold only one (1) glboss Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or a false identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. glboss reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all balances across such Accounts, and permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, glboss is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address where required. glboss may additionally request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. glboss will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality, provided glboss has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

glboss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available within the Account Cashier section of the Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Account Cashier. glboss does not charge Players transaction fees for deposits made via local e-wallet methods (GCash and PayMaya); however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which glboss bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and confirmation that applicable wagering requirements (where relevant) have been fulfilled. glboss targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes communicated in the Account Cashier. Processing times may vary based on payment method, Account tier, and operational workload. glboss will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions, including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. glboss expressly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the depositing Account may be reviewed for compliance. Any winnings generated from third-party deposit funds may be voided.

glboss reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts as determined by internal AML policies and PAGCOR requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

glboss offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published in conjunction with each promotion, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, and validity periods.

General provisions applicable to all glboss bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering with Bonus Balance — exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Free spins and their resulting winnings may be subject to a separate wagering requirement before withdrawal;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses have an expiry date; uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus and associated pending winnings.

glboss reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or amend any bonus at its discretion, and to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in good faith, that a bonus has been claimed or utilised in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms. Suspected bonus abuse — including coordinated multi-account strategies — will result in immediate Account review.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the glboss Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules govern the specific game outcome, while these Terms govern the broader account and platform relationship.

glboss games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements. Actual game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG processes; glboss does not — and cannot — influence individual game results in favour of or against any Player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, glboss reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. No Player shall have any entitlement to winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round. glboss will not be liable for losses incurred due to Player-side technical issues, including internet connectivity failures.

All Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages calculated over statistically significant sample sizes. Individual session outcomes may vary materially from published RTP figures. Published RTPs do not constitute a guarantee of any specific Player outcome or return.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the glboss Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and/or legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform or any game;
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate bonus terms;
• Fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions filed in bad faith, or use of stolen or unauthorized payment instruments;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, including impersonating another individual;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to conceal, transfer, or process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing glboss staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble, or exploit the Platform's software, games, or security systems.

Where glboss reasonably suspects a Player of engaging in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawal, and conduct a full investigation. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. glboss will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the glboss Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound recordings, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of glboss or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any ownership rights in any glboss intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the glboss Platform without prior written authorisation from glboss. Unauthorised use of glboss intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, glboss's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

glboss expressly excludes liability for: indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated earnings; loss of gaming opportunities resulting from system downtime or technical failures; losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures; and losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit glboss's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its own negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.

glboss does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and glboss will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where operationally practicable.

11 Responsible Gaming

glboss is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Player base. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Player Account, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time limits and activity reminders;
• Loss limits covering a defined rolling period;
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Permanent self-exclusion, effective immediately upon request and irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months.

Players who believe they may be experiencing problem gambling are strongly encouraged to utilise the self-exclusion tools available in their glboss Account settings, or to contact our 24/7 support team directly to request immediate account restriction. Responsible gaming is a shared obligation — glboss is committed to honouring every self-exclusion and limit request without delay.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

glboss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform;
• A request by the Player for self-exclusion or permanent account closure;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Determination that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.

Upon Account closure in circumstances where no breach has been found, glboss will return any remaining Real Money Balance to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing times. Bonus Balance is non-withdrawable upon Account closure in all circumstances. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, glboss reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of its internal investigation, in accordance with applicable law.

A Player may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the glboss support team. Voluntary closure requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

glboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to all registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-Platform notification. Amended Terms take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after notification is issued, except where earlier implementation is required by regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other applicable authority, in which case immediate effect may apply.

Your continued use of the glboss Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date. Continued Account use after the effective date constitutes conclusive acceptance.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The operation of the glboss Platform is subject to oversight and regulation by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the glboss Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of inconvenient forum.

Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the regulatory complaint procedures made available on the PAGCOR website. glboss is committed to cooperating fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.
